\nThe purpose of INEC is as follows:[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

  1. To pursue at international level all scientific studies that concern the research, the production and application of Carob Bean Gum (CBG), syn. Locust Bean Gum (LBG), flour obtained from carob bean kernels and of its derivatives by:
    \n– Exchange of information
    \n– Cooperation with other relevant organisations
    \n– Promotion of CBG<\/li>\n
  2. To represent the interests of the industrial sector of CBG, its derivatives and chemically and functionally related products within the European Community and other international organisations such as Codex Alimentarius, FAO\/WHO etc.<\/li>\n
  3. To supply members annually with information regarding research, application and health aspects of CBG.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
